Note that guest must call and book on or before Friday, July 10, 2026, to get the discounted rate of $134+ for standard room and $144+ for a suite. The rate is applicable to state and local taxes which is currently 16.25%.

Please note a credit card for room, tax, and incidentals ($50) is required at check in. Anyone who attempts to book after July 10 will have to pay the higher best available rate as the group rate will no longer be available.

HOUSE POLICIES :

We do not accept cash at check in. The guests will be required to provide a credit card to cover room and tax per night and also an additional $50 for incidentals, which they can get back if there are no charges to the room.

Those guests that have booked outside the block and that did not receive the group rate will not be eligible to have their rate changed. The rate was only available for those guests that booked prior to the cutoff date. Please inform those guests that we will not be able to make any changes to the rates if they booked after the cutoff date of July 10.

Each guest room must have an adult stay in the room that is 21 years of age or older. Children (under 18) are not permitted to stay in the room alone.

Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am.

Pool Hours are 7am to 11pm and it open with limited occupancy.
